Steps to Take If...

Please contact us as soon as the damage is discovered.
- We will issue a pickup request to the shipping carrier to have the item picked up at our expense for items damaged during shipping.
- After passing Returns Quality Assurance you will be given a complete refund including your original shipping and handling charges, unless you indicate that you would like a replacement or a credit applied to your account.

Ship your item(s) to us (Insuring the shipment is highly recommended.)

Once received, if the item is unused and not damaged we will immediately refund your payment.
- There is something wrong with your item after the initial 30 day period.
- Contact us about the nature of the problem, we will try to address your concerns.
- Accidentally damaged your item
- Contact us and we may be able to repair the damage at a small cost to you.
- If you would like to replace the damaged item we can offer you a discount on a replacement equivalent to the cost of the broken item.
